I truly believe education unlocks doors for all walks of life.  I enjoy helping individuals realize their dreams and seeing their reaction when they achieve a level of freedom that opens their world around them to endless possibilities.  I have a passion for learning and sharing that learning in all forms.  I employ that passion to design, develop, and create effective, engaging learning experiences for learners at various levels.  By building relationships with Subject Matter Experts, stake holders, as well as learners, I can use my knowledge of learning theories to foster knowledge retention and drive meaningful outcomes.
